University of Illinois at Chicago

Bridges to Baccalaureate website Utilizing the university’s approved WordPress templates, I collaborated with an independent writing professional to develop the visually appealing website. The site promotes the program in an effort to recruit students, community college faculty and UIC faculty to participate in UIC’s Bridges to Baccalaureate program. Featuring photos and quotes of the program’s students and mentors gives the viewer a real feel for the program. View full site at bridges2bacc.uic.edu

Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

FNCE 2014 Program Book Designed seven-section, 200+ page program book for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics annual conference including covers, tabs and a fold-out map. Since it is a large booklet, I used different colors to highlight each section; color was printed in top right-hand corner of each page, on tabs and used for headlines within each section. The main goal of the project was to ensure conference attendees could easily find information and for the book to be visually appealing. Project included importing ads from various companies and ensuring all pages and ads were prepared for the printer.
